Reflex
The International Theatre Festival REFLEX strengthened and redefined the artistic life of the region. It became one of the very representative theatre showcases of Central and Eastern Europe with its 2009, 2012 and 2015 editions. The festival’s program includes for example the Deutsches Theater with Michael Thalheimer’s Oresteia, the Lithuanian OKT with Oskaras Koršunovas’ Hamlet, Teatr Dramatyczny from Warsaw with Krystian Lupa’s Persona.Marilyn, Rimini Protokoll’s Radio Muezzin and the Serbian National Theatre Novi Sad with Tomi Janežič’s Seagull.
The aim of the festival is to present productions that are created in a vivid and poetic manner and are contemporary theatre phenomenon, that respond to the world’s events in a reflexive way, classics with a fresh vision, riotously subjective contemporary, staggeringly physical theatre, phantasm and artworks providing total theatre experience.
