Following several guest performances in Transylvania and Hungary, the Tamási Áron Theatre Company presents the production The Iranian Conference in Miercurea Ciuc. The production, directed by László Bocsárdi, can be seen on 23 th and 24th April at 7 pm. on the main stage of the Csíki Játékszín Theatre.
Ivan Viripayev’s play, written in 2017, before the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, presents a conference on the current state of European civilization. It is a great example of the importance of thinking together, of bringing different points of view together, of how relative our information is, how complex the truth is, how difficult it is to see the world we live in. The creators are confident that they have created a performance that can enrich and nuance the way we all think about the world, and help us understand the most important social, political and moral issues of our time.
