Season opening – Tickets go on sale
Tickets and Mecenas season tickets for the new season of the Tamási Áron Theatre in Sfântu Gheorghe can be purchased from Monday 9th September.
From this season onwards, tickets for the premiere will cost 50 lei, standard tickets 30 lei, discount tickets for students and pensioners 20 lei, group tickets for students and professionals 15 lei and tickets for large families 12 lei. However, the theatre reserves the right to increase the ticket price for the more expensive productions, such as musical productions, including The Tempest, directed by Viktor Bodó, which will premiere on 2nd October.
The ticket prices of the M Studio Movement Theatre will not change this season, with standard tickets for their performances costing 20 lei, discount tickets for students and pensioners 15 lei and professional tickets 12 lei.
The theatre management would like to remind the audience that tickets booked at the box office must be purchased the day before the performance, as they will lapse on the day of the performance. This measure has been taken because it has become common practice for some spectators not to collect their reserved tickets, even though many of them still wish to buy tickets.
Mecenas season tickets for the new season cost 750 lei, while two tickets are available at a discounted price of 1400 lei. The Mecenas season tickets are destined for citizens of Sfântu Gheorghe who are interested in supporting local cultural values and are willing to make a donation to ensure that the Tamási Áron Theatre, one of the most important cultural institutions in the region, can continue to provide high quality services.
